Calibration of Instruments, Measuring Tools and Batching Plants
Efficient calibration helps us achieve the confirmation of basic accuracy and measurement with tractability. Our field maintenance and calibration management system provide inventory control, periodicity control
Calibration certificates are provided with tractability of reference equipment and unit of measurement to recognized international labs.
Reference equipment’s are calibrated from approved lab of defined intervals.
Instrument calibration services are provided for following parameters:
Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Mass, Torque, Time, RPM, Electrical, Quantities, Dimensional, Volume
Parameter settings of HART protocol instruments, e.g, level, pressure, flow and temperature transmitters are carried out with field communicator.
Loop testing services of field instrument are also offered at customer’s sites.
Onsite calibration of batching plant, weighing bridges and weighing scales is also carried out.
National and International traceability of reference standards is provided.
Calibration of Storage Tanks and Mobile Bowzers
Calibration of vertical and horizontal storage tanks is performed as per relevant API standards. Carbon steel strapping tape is used for circumference measurement of tanks. Services of liquid calibration with water is also provided where required.
PSV’s Pop Pressure Settings and Valve Leakage Test
PSV’s Pop pressure setting and Valve leakage test is carried out up to 1500 psig with nitrogen gas. Lapping and machining services are also provided if needed.
